Eastern Colorado Seeds, LLC (ECS) offers one of the widest and ever-expanding portfolio of products from commodities such as barley, corn and wheat to specialty products including millets, pulses, safflower and sunflowers. ECS works with the most progressive and innovative producers in the United States, focusing on capturing added value with our growers while procuring the highest quality and consistent supply of products for our end users in the food, livestock and pet companion industries.
ECS owns two value-added processing facilities in the heart of key growing regions, conveniently located near major transportation hubs. We process and package malting barley, peas, millet chickpeas, sunflower, safflower, wheat, ancient grains, and other specialty crops for food and pet markets. Our in-house processing capabilities include cleaning, milling, packaging, and blending to our customer specifications. Our customers see where the ingredients come from, how they’re handled and how they’re transported.
We procure products from all over North America, with a concentration in the High Plains of the United States. Uniquely positioned to serve as a single source for both processed and distributed products, we take the hassle and confusion out of originating specialty ingredients.
